Songkran day is celebrated in Thailand. It’s the New Year’s Day start from 13-15 April. Songkran festival is the throwing of water with the water gun. It is believed that doing this will bring good luck and prosperity for the New Year.In Bangkok, the popular place to play Songkran is Khao San Road. It’s a short road but it has a lot of pubs, bars and guesthouse for the backpackers. This road become famous for Songkran festival because most of the foreigner who like this festival are stay here and It have a lot of activities that make the color of this festival. Not only in Khao San Road that have an interesting activities but wherever you go in Thailand, you’ll enjoy festival with Thai people.
